Pro Structural Inc is a family-owned masonry and concrete contracting company headquartered in Lake Elsinore, California. Founded in 2015 by brothers in law Rob Yowell and Trevor Frazier, PSI quickly made a name for itself in the Southern California market by working with a select group of general contractors and providing them with unmatched customer service. PSI’s willingness and ability to truly partner with customers has allowed the business to achieve sustained growth year after year
and become the premier masonry contractor of
Southern California.
Specializing in commercial masonry and concrete, Pro Structural performs work on a wide variety of projects to include Federal and State government projects, large retail developments and shopping centers, single and multi-level storage facilities, grocery stores, podium projects, parking structures, retaining walls, fence walls, site wall foundations, and more.

TEAMWORK
Pro Structural Inc is comprised of a diverse group of mentally and physically strong individuals. The owners and corporate officers of the company have over 50 years of combined experience in the masonry and concrete construction industry. PSI is further supported by the knowledge of their experienced superintendents and foremen, the majority of them having over 20 years of experience in their craft. Intelligent members of the PSI team keep the administrative side of the operation running smoothly in order to support customers and employees.
ROB YOWELL
President/Owner
Rob has over 20 years of experience as a construction manager. He has overseen the operations of hundreds of complex construction projects, along the way earning a solid reputation for the quality, safety, budget adherence, legal/regulatory compliance and on-time completion of his projects. Rob is an articulate public speaker, experienced mediator and is always seeking ways to innovate PSI’s business practices to bring more value to customers.
Before starting his construction career in 2004, he served 5 years as an Infantry Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.
TREVOR FRAZIER
Vice President/Owner
With over 15 years of high volume, large scale commercial masonry and concrete experience, Trevor began his career at a very young age, learning the craft from the ground up. In the summer of 2000, he began working for his father's masonry business. Whether it be fabricating rebar after school, laying block on the job site, detailing projects in AutoCad, or managing crews of up to 40 men across multiple sites concurrently, Trevor met all challenges head on and excelled. With his vast experience and passion for innovation, Trevor delivers on his knowledge when managing our field operations to get the project completed in the most efficient and safest way possible.
HOLLY YOWELL
CFO
Holly has more than 15 years of experience managing the construction accounting and payroll operations for various construction companies. She began the journey into her career at entry-level, working after school hours filing and completing various office tasks. Today, Holly develops and implements new and effective administrative policies and procedures, putting her analytical skills to work. Her diligent implementation of new processes has been key to Holly’s success in maintaining full compliance with local, state, and federal agencies. Her expert administration skills and ability to multitask have proven to be integral in the quick turnaround of multi-million dollar project payments.
